Theme & Educational Events 2001

NSSA’s theme for 2001 will be built around 'teaching / learning' – one that connects universally with all members no matter their setting and school size.

As to educational events:

Swim school design workshop weekends will be held in February San Diego with Alison Osinski Ph.D. of Aquatic Consultant Services and one with Kris Kennedy of Aquabilities near Philadelphia.

Teleconference in January focusing on 'retail' development given by a retail consultant.

Teleconference in March on 'hiring' given by a human resource consultant

Teleconference in November on 'year ahead marketing plan' given by a marketing consultant

A few strictly social gatherings have been suggested where we have several or more members in a nearby geographic area. If you would like to arrange one of these, contact the NSSA office.

NSSA Infant Swimming Course – hold a course at your pool. Contact NSSA to arrange for one office@nationalswimschools.com 727 896-7946

FYI - Interest in online - chats & conferences and telephone conference calls seem to be below minimums according to member surveys. Maybe in the future.

E-Myth Mastery Program. Details presented at the annual conference in Nashville and will be circulated to all during December.

Spring Splash events offered regionally February to May. Watch for details in mid-December and consider holding or partnering to hold an open house or educational gathering in your area.
